Book on Dieter Mack
The first book on Dieter Mack has been published with articles on his intercultural and his compositorical work. Authors are well-known musicologists as Prof. Dr. Klaus-Hinrich Stahmer, Prof. Bernd Asmus, Prof. Dr. Oliver Korte, Dr. Peter Sternagel, the composers Slamet A. Sjukur (Indonesia) and Robert Krampe, as well as the musicians Sven-Thomas Kibeler, Prof. Bernhard Wulff and Dr. Ewald Liska. Torsten Möller was the editor and is also responsible for a basic essay and an interview with the composer.
The book with its 160 pages has been published by the Pfau-Verlag, Saarbrücken (www.pfau-verlag.de) under the title »Wenn A ist, ist A« – Der Komponist Dieter Mack.
